How to fix computer CLR error 80004005


The CLR error 80004005 is one of the major computer errors, which can keep away the computer from booting correctly and stop many applications from running.

This error is mainly caused by more than one .NET frameworks installed on the system at one time or when more than two .NET frameworks work simultaneously on a system. Step 1: Now navigate to the specific folder where the program is stored. Right-click on the program and select 'properties' window.

Step 2: Select 'Compatibility' and uncheck all the check boxes in the window.

Step 3: Now go to 'Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs/Uninstall a Program'. Now scroll down to the list and right-click on each .NET framework name and remove every framework program.

Step 4: When prompted, restart your computer. Now check to ensure that all .NET frameworks has been removed from the system.

Step 5: Now download & install latest .NET framework again from the Microsoft website. It's time to restart your computer.

Now check that there is only one .NET framework, other unnecessary .NET frameworks will be gone and your problem has been resolved.
